Our Job Here is Done

Is this the future for Cultural Leadership? Just been talking to an Artistic Director about the differences between Artistic and Cultural Leadership. Similarly for me is the question about what is the difference between Community and Cultural leadership. I'd like to ring this man and ask him that question because I think he'd have a good answer.

This work's central question asks: How can Australian independent theatre practitioners develop sustainable companies and careers?

Together Alone providews a non-economic and non-funding reliant framework for improved sustainability of Australian independent theatre practice. It was developed through the application of constructivist grounded theory to a unique collection of research data from the fields of independent theatre and positive psychology and is available through the University of Wollongong.
